Hello everyone!

I hope all has been well with you all! Before we get into it I want to express my sincerest gratitude to each of you. Without you I wouldn’t be able to do what I do, and this community carried me through last year. Thank you to those that have spread this Newsletter. Thank you to those who have booked parties and shared my services with friends. Thank you to those who trust me to guide them monthly. I’m so proud of those who are seeing RESULTS from these readings!

Collectively, we’ve developed psychic abilities, found truths and powers from our past, talked to mothers in spirit that kick down a doors to talk to their babies, seen old family crests filled with bees, released bindings, expelled a dark entity attachment, and even got on Sirius XM by listening to ancestor’s advice, and so many more things I can’t remember right now! My clients are seriously the coolest people!! I am so excited for what is in store for 2025 and beyond! Thank you, thank you, thank you).

Happy New Year!

I have been reviewing 2024 and although it has been a whirlwind of chaotic energy politically and globally, it may have been the best year of my life. It’s amazing how two incredibly different vibrations can coexist in the same timeframe. Remember that for this year. Things can simultaneously be horrible and beautiful at the same time.

This year I became more of myself. I swam in a river naked in front of others, hiked nude on that same trip, discovered my potential to channel passed on loved ones through mediumship (and I am working on developing this!), ran two month-long workshops, reclaimed my relationship with the word witch, fell in love, made amazing friends, co-founded an underground tarot club, smelled new flowers, and booked more private parties than I ever have!

At the same time, I lost a dream of buying a store who’s legacy I wanted to continue and mourned it deeply, had many breakdowns about the state of the world, lost a necklace of deep importance, failed to get our store fully online before the holidays, went through dry spells, questioned whether or not chasing this dream was sustainable, went to the ER and had to battle with the medical system to get bills paid, stood toe-to-toe with the realization that I never fully overcame my eating disorder (we've fixed this!), and so many other lows I am too embarrassed to publish here (for now).

The duality exists in all.

And now I am thinking: what do I want for this year?

A few years ago I stopped writing New Year’s resolutions. I found the whole process daunting and inevitably half way through the year I’d feel guilty for not meeting my expectations. Instead, I decided to choose a single word, something unrestricting with multiple definitions that I could dance with all year. This allowed space for evolution, space for fluidity, and led to me being curious about how my word could be seen in various ways. It’s been magical.

For 2024, my word of the year was “Partnership.” I wanted to pull in a spiritual team, and if I was lucky enough, love. I also decided to call in a new animal spirit, to expand my menagerie of guides. Through dreams, I was chosen by the Crane.

Crane taught me that in my partnerships I wanted to invoke balance, fortune, and wisdom. Through Crane, I learned to blend together my earth, sky, and water; to be adaptable, to thrive no matter what environment in which I found myself. Through studying under Crane, I learned balance. Cranes also signify turning your past into a source of strength, which was perfect for an integration year. I discovered to my surprise that many crane species mate for life. How perfect, I thought to myself a year ago.

Through honoring this word and this graceful creature, I was guided for all of 2024 and I am so happy with where I am now. I have met some amazing people I have been and will be partnering with this year, I even managed to call in a loving partner who I adore, and overall I feel like a more integrated version of myself. 2024 allowed me to take flight, and this year I will continue to soar.

For me, I have found it works best if you know your personal numerological year and coordinate the energies accordingly. If you are curious, my personal year this year is 3—the creative and expansive number. My word for 2025 is “Expression,” as I am wanting to write more, to find art again, to release self-monitoring, and to tell my story. In a lot of ways this is a life-long battle. Growing up, I contained and denied many aspects of myself. I kept a lot of things secret, due to the risk of outing myself and feeling shame. This year, I will do my best to allow myself to express freely, to release judgement and to experiment. There are many definitions of that word, and I am excited to see how it shows itself over time.

My animal has yet to come to me, and that is okay! We’re only a few days into the year. I will remain observant and when I know, I’ll know. I wonder what playful and expressive creature will present itself to me. January tends to be a time where I go within and plan as opposed to jumping right on changes. While I am in my inner world this month, I know this creature will appear to me.

So after reading this, I hope you can find a word this year to embody and observe. Perhaps there is an animal you want to walk with spiritually. If you want help with this, you of course know a fabulous psychic that would love to help set you up with success. Book an appointment and lets talk numbers, animals, and most importantly what your goals are and how to achieve them.

Much Love and Luck!

Our Brand Values:

“I honor the natural flow.

As Witches, we are the embodiment of nature and the moon, and as such we must honor our natural rhythms and phases. We are made of cycles, the up and down, the ebb and flow, just like Nature—and that is okay. We are the seasons. We enjoy our joyous summers and honor our need for restful winters. We are not made to be constantly producing. Constantly exceeding. A tree does not fruit in Winter. It is okay to need more time. To process, to create. It’s even okay to release a newsletter late. I honor the natural flow.

January Offer: The Year Ahead 2025

I offered these on the previous newsletter, but honestly I have enjoyed writing these so much that I am opening up more slots. For my visual peeps, this is the vibe of the ones I have produced so far. As you can see there is a lot that goes into this, it ends up being a 15 page document, with each month containing journal prompts, card descriptions and possible energies I see psychically. It is definitely early enough to get the full value of this offering. If you’re interested go to the booking page. I have a client that printed hers and glued it to a calendar! (Which is a great idea and I may be selling them as calendars next year…).

Monthly Tarot: January Tarot Energies

January Reading: The Queen of Swords Inverted and Death

The Queen of Swords Inverted often signifies mental fog, emotional overwhelm, or a tendency to become lost in over-analysis and anxiety. When she is upright she embodies clear thinking and rational judgment, but reversed, she warns of self-deception or rigid thinking that blocks growth. This card asks: Are you holding onto outdated beliefs/systems/self-identities that no longer reflect your truth? Reversed, this character looks toward the past, stuck and unyielding.

Death, meanwhile, offers a more direct message: transformation is here. While often feared, this card is a blessing in disguise. It represents the shedding of old skin and the release of what is stagnant. This is the card of evolution and rebirth. Paired with the inverted Queen of Swords, it suggests that flow and release is crucial to moving forward.

When these two cards come together, they suggest that the mental and emotional stories we cling to may be hindering our transformation and healing. The inverted Queen of Swords reminds us to soften our rigid thinking and embrace vulnerability, while Death encourages us to surrender to the natural cycles of life. Together, they whisper: You cannot think your way through transformation; you must feel and flow through it.

There is also another interpretation. My guides are saying, “gripping with anxiety and praying for justice may be hindering you from seeing the change taking place.” What if everything is a course of events to be witnessed? What if the stars predicted this long ago? For this month, I believe it’s best to watch and observe, taking a deep breath when tragic news crosses our feeds. There is a balance of logic and emotion within this duo. I have a feeling this month we may witness a lot of tragedy as we undergo great change. Keep calm and try not to let your inner Queen of Swords invert. Stay curious, embrace discernment, and be aware of who is benefiting. Read from multiple sources.

So ask yourself:

  • What mental stories or beliefs are you clinging to that might be blocking your growth?

  • Are you resisting change in any area of your life? If so, why?

  • In what ways are you gripping and preventing flow? Emotionally? Physically? Mentally?

  • What would it look like to fully trust the process of transformation?

  • What endings are occurring in your life, and how might they be creating space for something new?

Transformation often feels messy and uncertain, much like the energy of these two cards. Yet in that space of discomfort lies an invitation to let go, to trust, and to grow. Change is not a battle to be won but a process to be experienced. There is no failure in letting go—only the opportunity to step into something greater. Transformation requires trust, and in trusting the process, you allow the new to emerge.

Stay Blessed,

Activity: January Reset to Prepare for 2025

Written By Vesper

Before we set goals and make plans for the coming year, it can be helpful to mentally reset from 2024 and head into 2025 with a clean slate. January is a perfect time to rest, think deeply, and reset.

You can use these questions as journal prompts, meditation exercises, tarot questions or some combination of all of those. However you approach them, it’s a good idea to take notes and keep them somewhere so that you can revisit these questions throughout the year, and even next January.

Closing the Book on 2024

  1. Celebrate your wins: What are the accomplishments you’re most proud of from last year? What are some small victories you might have overlooked at the time?

  2. Identify your strengths: What strengths helped you overcome your challenges in 2024? What’s something you learned about yourself this year?

  3. Find your joy: What small things brought you the most joy this year? How can you use this knowledge to bring more joy in 2025?

Looking Forward to 2025

  1. What’s one thing you want to learn this year?

  2. What values do you want to align your life with in 2025?

  3. What is one (only one!) goal you’d like to achieve this year? What’s one small step you can take toward this goal soon?

  4. What are some daily habits you’d like to start to help align your 2025 with your chosen values? What are some habits you’d like to stop?

  5. What are some new experiences you’d like to welcome into your life in 2025?

  6. What is something you’ve been holding onto that no longer serves you, that you are ready to let go of in 2025?

  7. What are three things you’re grateful for heading into 2025?

  8. Write 2-3 affirmations that embody how you want to move through 2025.

It can be tempting to move straight into planning and goal setting and making schedules to get your 2025 rolling, but see what happens if you give yourself the entire month of January to contemplate, reflect and spend gentle time with yourself. The projects and self-improvement will still be there next month. By giving yourself the time and space to close the book on the last year and move into 2025 with intention and thoughtfulness, you will be giving yourself the best foundation for a fulfilling new year.

May the turning of the wheel bring us all peace and blessings,

Vesper

Listening to: Evermore by Taylor Swift

God this album just feels like January doesn’t it? This is the album that changed my opinion of Taylor. It’s broody, dark, and feels like winter. My friend and I discovered we were both listening to it on the same morning yesterday and so naturally, this is what I listened to while writing this Newsletter. If you haven’t given it a chance please do so on a cold night. This is the opening song on the album:

Reading: The Cosmic Serpent

This book talks about shamanic experiences and the link between cultural knowledge and DNA. A very fascinating read. It has themes of psychedelic experiences, anthropological information, and indigenous knowledge. Truly a fascinating read that led to a ton of realizations for me. My favorite part was the discussion of shamans entering the DNA of plants through trance to understand their medicinal properties! So cool, and incredibly fascinating.

Watching: Wicked

Unliiiiiiiiimited…I mean do I even have to explain why this is on here? It checks every box and immediately after watching it (well after I reassembled myself from the puddle I melted into) I wanted to watch it again. Just go watch it. Remember TOGETHER we’re Unlimited. Streaming now.
